Challenge

High-Level Storage

The 10.5-meter high storage racks were low to the ground so that traditional forklifts couldn't reach them.

Narrow Aisles

The narrow aisles of 1.8 meters in width caused the compact storage to be slow, leading to risk of collision, and subsequently reduced efficiency.

Ultra-Narrow Aisle (VNA) Racking

Replaced traditional racking, reducing aisle width to 1.6 meters and increasing pallet positions by 50%.

Man-Up Multi-Directional Forklifts

Enabled operators to ascend for high-shelf picking (up to 14.2m), minimizing vacancies.

Advanced Fork Design

180-degree rotation and side-shift allowed stacking on both sides of the aisle without turning, boosting efficiency.

Embedded Magnet Navigation

Ensured safe, automated forklift travel within narrow aisles.
